PESCA Dining Room

Pesca Dining Room is a sophisticated but vibrant restaurant located on the ground level of the Hyatt place hotel serving a more refined plating approachable and fun dinner service.

Pesca’s dining room menu combines globally inspired coastal cuisine with bold Latin flavors and fresh ingredients from Florida. The downstairs dining room features a main indoor dining area, an adjacent bar, a meticulously curated wine library, a private dining room, and a chef’s experience table. The menu predominantly features Latin flavors but with a global twist.

Pesca also serves as the in-house caterer for the Hyatt Place’s banquet room, designed for upscale events booked through the events department of the hotel.

*Note reservations are only accepted in the dining room and will not be honored upstairs on the rooftop. These reservations are for indoor dining only.
