Pesca’s dining room is a sophisticated but vibrant restaurant located on the ground level of the Hyatt place hotel serving dinner between 5-9pm Tuesday through Sunday. Pesca combines globally inspired coastal cuisine with bold Latin flavors and fresh from Florida ingredients. The word “Pesca”, derived from the Spanish word for fishing, was inspired from Michael’s late father’s favorite restaurant in his native Puerto Rico.
